Pleased to say that Yogilates is so popular I am now teaching it in Buxton also (Thurs 10am at Buxton Pool and Spa). Just completed the build for High Peak Arts and talking to 2 local businesses about re-designs. Busy and happy.

Did the trial session at New Mills Leisure Centre last night to a full class which was great! Very enjoyable…not often people get to see my stricter side! Hope to start up weekly on a Weds or Thurs morning.

Also going to be working with a lcoal arts organisation, re-structuring their website and hope to be taking over some local childrens theatre classes too, more news on that when I have!

New Mills Leisure Centre are having an open day on Thurs 26th Jan. From 5.30-6.30pm I will be offering a taster in Hot Yoga – a series of poses repeated twice for maximum benefit in a heated room, not for the faint hearted! Come and give it a try if you are feeling like a challenge!
